Nathan Torres, 15, Killed in Fresno Bicycle Accident on Olive Avenue

FRESNO, Calif. (Oct. 1, 2025) — Nathan Torres, 15, was struck and killed Monday while riding a bicycle at Olive and Angus avenues in Fresno, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Department.

The McLane High School student was riding his bicycle on Olive Avenue when he was struck by a car around 6 p.m. on Sept. 29th, according to the Fresno Police Department.
Investigators are working to determine what led to the crash and they say the driver stopped and cooperated with the police. Drugs and alcohol were not considered to be factors.
It’s unknown at this time if the driver involved in Monday’s crash will face criminal charges.
Meanwhile, the investigation into the crash is ongoing and the Fresno Police Department would like witnesses to contact them.
