2 Injured in National City Crash at 4th Street and Euclid Avenue
NATIONAL CITY (June 12, 2018) – Two were injured after a traffic collision in the area of East 4th Street and Euclid Avenue on Sunday evening, June 10, according to On Scene TV.
The accident was reported at about 6:47 p.m.
As per On Scene TV, National City police said a car t-boned another vehicle after one of the drivers involved allegedly ran a red light at the intersection 4th Street and Euclid Avenue.
The force of the crash sent a silver colored car into a street light, causing its female sole occupant to be pinned inside.

San Diego Fire Department officials along with the paramedics responded and used the Jaws of Life to extricate the party from the wreckage. She and the motorist of the other vehicle both suffered minor injuries following the wreck.
Their names were not released, and the report also did not specify whether they were treated at the scene or was taken to the hospital for further treatment.
The incident is still under investigation.

Based on the news report, one of the drivers involved is accused of running a red light and causing the collision.
