NEWPORT BEACH: Man and Woman Seriously Hurt in Motorcycle Crash

Harley Davidson motorcycleNEWPORT BEACH, California (March 29, 2016) – Two were seriously injured in a motorcycle crash in the area of MacArthur Boulevard and Harbor View Drive on Tuesday, according to The Orange County Register.

The collision was reported at 4:50 p.m.

Police said a man and a woman were riding a motorcycle north on MacArthur when they collided with a vehicle which was turning left onto the road from south Harbor View.

As per the article, both were thrown from the bike and were transported to a hospital to be treated for major injuries. The female motorist meanwhile was unharmed.

Alcohol, drugs and speed did not appear to have played a role in the incident which is still under investigation.
