
USPS Driver Hospitalized After Collision Near Monta Vista Avenue
Turlock, CA (February 18, 2023) – Nicholas Curtricht, a U.S. Postal Service truck driver, suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on Crows Landing Road.
On February 17, Friday, a mail carrier and a big rig collided near Monta Vista Avenue in Turlock. Preliminary investigation revealed Curtricht was delivering mail in the area. When the USPS truck approached Monta Vista Avenue, the driver made a U-turn. The Modesto Bee News reported a big rig slammed into the mail carrier while making the turn. Our sources indicated the force from the impact resulted in significant damage to the mail truck.
Shortly after 1 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the crash site and found the USPS driver suffering in injuries. The article published online mentioned Nicholas Curtricht was transported to the hospital for further treatment.
