Fatal San Jose Hit-and-run Pedestrian Accident
SAN JOSE, Calif. (Dec. 17, 2018) — Nicole Stanton, 29, of San Dimas, was killed early Monday in a hit-and-run collision at North First and East Rosemary streets.
The collision took place about 12:46 a.m. Police responded to the intersection which is across the street from a senior citizen retirement home, according to the San Jose Police Department.
Upon investigating the crash, police determined the suspect’s vehicle was traveling north on North First Street when they struck her.
Paramedics rushed the woman to a hospital where she later died.

Police are searching for the suspect who fled. Witnesses or anyone with information about the suspect should call Detective Troy Sirmons at 408-277-4654.
