Nicole Stanton, 29, Killed in Hit-and-Run at 1st and Rosemary Streets
SAN JOSE (December 17, 2018) – A pedestrian killed after an alleged hit-and-run accident in the area of First and Rosemary streets early Monday has been identified as Nicole Stanton, according to The Mercury News.
The 29-year-old San Dimas woman was the victim of a tragic collision which was reported on December 17 at about 12:46 a.m.
As per the article, police determined that Stanton was struck by a vehicle in the northbound lane of North First Street at East Rosemary Street.

Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the crash site and found the woman left lying at the intersection of 1st and Rosemary streets.
She was immediately transported to a hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
Meanwhile, police affirmed that the driver involved did not stop after hitting Stanton to render aid and ultimately fled the scene. The suspect has not been yet found.
