
Perris Woman Killed in Accident on I-215 Freeway
PERRIS, Calif. (May 15, 2023) – Nira Robert, 44, of Perris, died in a pedestrian accident on the Interstate 215 Freeway.
The collision occurred on the Escondido Freeway around 1:04 a.m. on May 11th, according to the Riverside County Sheriff Coroner.
The California Highway Patrol reported a driver in a blue Subaru Outback reportedly struck the Perris woman in the southbound lanes of the freeway, just south of Redlands Avenue.
Fatal Pedestrian Accident
Paramedics responded and located the injured woman in the roadway. They performed life-saving efforts on her, but sadly she died at the scene. The Riverside County Sheriff Coroner identified the woman as Nira Robert on their website.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Perris pedestrian accident.
