Toddler Killed, Driver Arrested on Hit-and-run Charges

 Noah Cordier, Toddler Killed in Richmond Crash Cutting Blvd and 17th StreetRICHMOND, Calif. (Nov. 27, 2018)  — A 1-year-old boy identified as Noah Cordier died Sunday morning after being struck by a car near Cutting Boulevard and South 17th Street.

The driver who fled the scene was later arrested by police following the 11:50 a.m. crash on Nov. 25th.

The victim was identified by the Contra Costa sheriff’s office coroner’s bureau.

Police say the Sacramento boy was struck by a car travelling eastbound on Cutting. Paramedics rushed the injured boy to a hospital, but sadly he later died of his injuries.
