Pedestrian Killed in Crash Identified as Norris Lucky, 42
WATTS, Calif. (Jan. 7, 2020) – Norris Lucky, 42, has been identified as the homeless man who died Monday morning when he was struck by a car in a pedestrian accident at a Watts intersection.
The crash took place about 4 a.m. at Central Avenue and 112th Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Lucky was struck by multiple vehicles, but just one of the drivers stopped to help him. Sadly he died at the scene, police said.
The other vehicles kept driving without stopping to help the badly injured man. Police have not released a description of their vehicles.
Police are urging others who saw the crash to step forward.
