2 Injured in North Auburn Crash at Quartz Drive and Sapphire Drive
NORTH AUBURN, CA (November 1, 2021) – Two were hospitalized after a car crash at Quartz Drive and Sapphire Drive in North Auburn.
The California Highway Patrol first logged the accident on Saturday afternoon. According to their dispatch, officers reported the wreck at about 3:18 p.m.
The incident happened on October 30 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in North Auburn. They crashed at the intersection of Quartz Drive and Sapphire Drive.
2 Cars Collide
The incident log described the two cars involved as a black Nissan sedan and a black Honda Civic. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Highway 49.
Medical personnel found two people who sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. They then took both patients to the Kaiser Permanente Roseville Medical Center for treatment.
Officials did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced all lanes of Quartz to shut down at Sapphire following the wreck.
The cause of the North Auburn crash is still under investigation.
