Bicyclist Hit and Injured by Vehicle at James Way and Skvarla Avenue
LOCATION: North Highlands, Sacramento County
DATE OF ACCIDENT: Monday, October 8th
October 8, 2018 – A suspected hit-and-run collision took place in the area of James Way and Skvarla Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
On Monday, at 3:29 .m., the CHP logged a road accident involving a bicyclist that was struck by a vehicle of unspecified built and type.

At least one land ambulance reportedly rushed to the scene and attended to the bicycle rider, who appeared to be injured following the incident. The identity of the victim, and their condition at this time have not been disclosed thus far.
Meanwhile, officials mentioned the motorist who struck by bicyclist continued driving following the collision. The description of the hit-and-run driver remained unknown at this time.
Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
