Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in North Highlands Crash at Watt and Elkhorn
NORTH HIGHLANDS, CA (April 1, 2021) – A crash seriously injured a motorcyclist at Watt Avenue and Elkhorn Boulevard in North Highlands.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident occurred late Thursday night. Officers reported the wreck at about 11:39 p.m.
CHP said the motorcycle rider and a white sedan collided for an unknown reason. The two crashed at the intersection of Watt Avenue and Elkhorn Boulevard in North Highlands.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene near the Village Elementary School. They soon found the motorcyclist suffering from major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the wounded party to the hospital for treatment. Officials did not disclose the name of the patient and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the driver of the car stopped or if they ended up hurt following the incident. Officers forced the road to shut down after the North Highlands crash.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the wreck.
