Officer, Woman Injured in Collision in North Hills
NORTH HILLS, Calif. (Nov. 5, 2018) – A police officer and a civilian were injured Sunday night when a Los Angeles Police Department cruiser collided with an SUV in North
The collision took place about 7:53 p.m. in the 15400 block of Lassen Street, near Sepulveda Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A 40-year-old woman and the police officer both sustained minor injuries, the LAFD said.
Paramedics rushed them to a hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
The vehicles both sustained damage with the LAPD SUV suffering front-end and the other SUV with damage to its passenger side.

NORTH HILLS ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION
Police are reviewing the evidence and any witness statements to determine fault. It’s unknown at this time what led to the crash and which driver is responsible. The investigation will consist of looking at measurements, going over evidence left by the vehicle such as point of impact, final resting positions of the vehicle, skid marks, and gouge marks.
