Multi-Vehicle Collision on 405 Freeway in North Hills
NORTH HILLS, Calif. (Dec. 16, 2024) — A multi-vehicle North Hills crash happened Monday on the southbound 405 Freeway, near Devonshire Street and just north of the Nordhoff Street off-ramp.
The traffic collision was blocking the Nos. 2, 3, and 4 lanes around 7:50 a.m. on Dec. 16th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials were alerted there was a rollover crash in a Ford vehicle.
Police and paramedics responded to the scene where they found seven vehicles involved in a collision.
The vehicles included a blue Ford sedan, a white mid-sized transit bus, a red Toyota Highlander, a white Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck, and a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded and located four people with injuries. Two patients, a 30-year-old woman and a two-year-old girl, were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
