1 Badly Injured in North Palm Springs Crash at Dillon and Indian Canyon
NORTH PALM SPRINGS, CA (April 6, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Dillon Road and Indian Canyon Drive in North Palm Springs.
The Riverside County Fire Department received a call about the accident early Tuesday. Officers reported the wreck at about 12:38 a.m. near the post office.
According to their report, three vehicles collided for an unknown reason. Cal Fire said they crashed at the intersection of Dillon Road and North Indian Canyon Drive in North Palm Springs.
Multi-Vehicle Collision Near Post Office Tuesday
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and then extricated one trapped occupant from the wreckage. The patient sustained moderate injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel soon took the rescued individual to a hospital for treatment. Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officials forced the roadway to shut down following the wreck. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
