One Inured in 2-Vehicle Crash on I-605
NORWALK, Calif. (Nov. 7, 2023) — One person was injured in a two-vehicle Norwalk car accident Tuesday on the northbound Interstate 605 Freeway, just south of Imperial Highway.
The collision occurred at around 8:07 a.m. on Nov. 7th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a white Chrysler 200 sedan and a white Nissan Leaf were involved. The report stated the Nissan crashed into the back of the Chrysler due to unknown circumstances.
Paramedics from the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded and transported one injured person to a hospital in unknown condition.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the Nissan due to heavy front-end damage, along with the Chrysler which had moderate rear-end damage and a muffler was on the ground.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Norwalk accident on the 605 Freeway.
