Norwalk Crash on Interstate 605 Freeway and 105 Freeway

3-Vehicle Crash on Transition Road at 605 and 105 Freeway

NORWALK, Calif. (Jan. 10, 2024) — A three-vehicle Norwalk crash happened Wednesday afternoon on the northbound Interstate 605 Freeway transition to the westbound 105 Freeway.

The multi-vehicle collision occurred at around 12 p.m. on Jan. 10th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the drivers of a red Tesla, a silver sedan and a white Acura SUV were involved. One of the vehicles spun around and was facing the wrong way in traffic lanes, police said.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to help at least one person with complaints of pain and transport them to a hospital.

Meanwhile, tow trucks removed at least two of the damaged vehicles from the freeway.

Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Norwalk crash on the 605 Freeway.
