3 Injured in DUI Crash at Center Road and Wilson Avenue
DATE OF INCIDENT: Tuesday, June 5th
June 6, 2018– According to the Marin Journal, three people were injured after a DUI crash at the intersection of Wilson Avenue and Center Road leading to a man’s arrest last night.
Novato police officials responded to the crash site at 11:00 p.m. between a Ford F-150 and a Jeep.
Authorities have determined that the driver of the Jeep identified as Taylor Brindley, 24, of Novato, failed to stop at a stop sign triggering a very serious collision with the Ford truck.
All three motorists in the Ford suffered major injuries and were rushed to Marin General Hospital. The victim’s injuries included broken ribs and internal trauma as well.
Taylor Brindley Arrested for DUI Crash
Following the wreck, police determined Brindley had been operating his vehicle under the influence and was subsequently arrested. He had been driving on a suspended license and remains jailed with a bail set at $50,000.
Names of the victims involved have not been provided at this time while all three remained hospitalized Wednesday morning.
