Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Novato Crash on Bolling Drive Near Marin Valley
NOVATO, CA (August 14, 2022) – A crash on Bolling Drive left a pedestrian seriously injured in Novato.
According to an article published by the KRON 4 News, the accident took place on Saturday evening. Officers reported the collision at around 6:50 p.m.
The incident happened on August 13 when a car struck a male pedestrian for an unknown reason in Novato. The vehicle hit him on Bolling Drive near the intersection with Marin Valley Drive.
Man, 70, Hit by Car
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found the 70-year-old man who sustained major injuries injuries as a result of the incident.
Medical personnel then rushed the victim to a trauma center for treatment. His name and condition at this time were not released.
Meanwhile, police did not mention if the driver stopped or stayed at the site after hitting the man. Officers forced a stretch of Bolling Drive to shut down for four hours following the incident.
