1 Airlifted After Traffic Collision on Highway 108/120 Wednesday
Oakdale, CA (May 12, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car accident on Highway 108/120 Wednesday morning, the CBS Sacramento reported.
Officials said a Coca-Cola bottle truck collided with a sedan in the area east of Lancaster Road. Preliminary investigation revealed the driver of the sedan allowed their car to cross over the double-yellow lines on the highway. Subsequently, the sedan crashed into the bottle truck.
The force from the impact caused the car to flip over on its side. On the other hand, the truck was reportedly separated from its back wheels during the incident.

Shortly after 5:30 a.m., medical personnel responded to the crash site and rendered aid to the driver of the sedan. An air ambulance later arrived, and transported the injured motorist to the hospital for treatment.
The truck operator appeared unharmed after the wreck, officials said.
Investigators handling the case continue to work at this time to determine the precise cause of the car accident on Highway 108/120 in Oakdale.
