At Least 1 Killed in Traffic Collision at Oakdale Waterford Highway and Claribel Road Friday
Oakdale, CA (July 2, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a fatal car accident that occurred in the area of Oakdale Waterford Highway and Claribel Road.
On July 2, Friday, a vehicle veered off the roadway for an unknown reason. The car continued driving and eventually crashed into a nearby orchard at the intersection of Oakdale Waterford Highway and Claribel Road.

Emergency crews arrived at the location shortly after 10:30 p.m. Per CHP dispatch, emergency teams found at least one person unconscious and with severe injuries. The unidentified victim sadly died despite life-saving measures from the paramedics.
Additional details on the car accident in Oakdale have not been discussed thus far. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine exactly how and why the collision happened.
