Motorcyclist Hit by Big Rig on 180 Freeway Near Highway 13
DATE OF COLLISION: Tuesday, November 20th
December 1, 2018 – A motorcyclist was possibly injured following a traffic collision in the area where the Interstate 180 Freeway and Highway 13 connects.
The accident was logged on November 20, Tuesday, at 9:37 a.m.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a man riding a motorcycle was struck by a big rig in the westbound side of the interstate.
First responders found the motorcycle rider lying on the roadway, and suffering in unknown extent of injuries. At this time, the identity of the motorcyclist and his condition remained unknown.
Meanwhile, officials mentioned a Hyundai Elantra was also found at the crash site but its role in the wreck is still unclear.
The investigators handling the case continue to work to determine exactly how and why the collision occurred.
