Major Injury Crash on 580 Freeway

January 13, 2019 – A traffic collision involving a motorcycle occurred on the Interstate 580 Freeway near Highway 24, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The accident was logged on Sunday at 1:47 a.m.

As per the CHP log, an unidentified man was riding a motorcycle in the westbound side of the freeway when for an unknown reason it collided into two other sedans.
The crash resulted in major injuries, officials said. But the names of the victims, and their conditions at this time have not been disclosed thus far.
Detectives handling the case continue to work at this time to determine precisely what led to the collision.
