In this case, it is evident that the driver involved will be held fully responsible for causing the incident that led to the severe injuries of the pedestrians. Regardless of their reasons, leaving the area following a crash is a serious crime and punishable by law, especially if the collision gravely injured other individuals and led to the death of a newborn. We are hopeful that the authorities will soon be able to track down the suspect and justice will then be served.
