At Least 1 Hurt in Collision on Sellers Avenue
Oakley, CA (August 20, 2022) – One person suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred on Sellers Avenue, the Press News reported.
Officials said two vehicles collided in the southbound side of Sellers Avenue in Oakley. Preliminary investigation revealed a motorist was leaving a gather in the area. For an unknown reason, another car apparently failed to yield and hit the first vehicle.
The crash took place on August 6, Saturday.
When rescue teams arrived at the location, they immediately checked the conditions of all parties involved in the wreck. The article published online confirmed at least one person sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. A ground ambulance transported the patient to an area hospital for treatment and further evaluation.
Police shut down Sellers Avenue to give way to the investigation process. Detectives continue to work at this time to determine the precise cause of the accident that happened on Sellers Avenue in Oakley.
