5 Students On Board Bus During Collision at Main and Live Oak Friday
Oakley, CA (March 4, 2022) – A traffic accident involving a school bus occurred Friday in the area of Main Street and Live Oak Avenue.

According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, the school bus crashed for an unknown reason at the intersection in Oakley. It was not immediately clear if another vehicle was involved in the collision.
The CHP logged the case at about 6:15 p.m.
When emergency crews arrived at the accident scene, they immediately rendered aid to all the victims. Authorities mentioned they found as many as five students on board the school bus. One student, or possibly more, apparently sustained minor wounds and scratches as a result of the incident.
Detectives handling the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the traffic crash at Main Street and Live Oak Avenue.
