Police Officer Hospitalized
SACRAMENTO, California (August 21, 2016) – A motorcycle police officer has been hurt following a collision near F and 5th Streets, according to an article by KCRA.
The accident took place on August 20, Saturday around 10:30 a.m.
In detail, the article mentioned an officer was westbound on F Street when a vehicle turned in front of him and hit his motorcycle. The impact from the crash resulted in the officer ejected from its vehicle. As per the article, paramedics transported the officer to UC Davis Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
The driver of the involved automobile remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
