Auto vs. Motorcycle Collision at Jackson Street and Odlum Drive

Indio, CA (April 15, 2023) – An Indio Police Department motorcycle officer suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Jackson Street and Odlum Drive, according to KESQ News.

Earlier reports indicated the officer was riding a motorbike traveling in the streets of Indio Friday afternoon, April 14. When the officer approached the area near the IIndian Palms Country Club and Resort, they collided with another vehicle of unknown make and model. The crash took place around 3:31 p.m.

Major Traffic Accident in Indio

When rescue teams arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to the injured motorcycle officer. An air ambulance later landed near the accident scene, and transported the victim to a hospital for further treatment. The name of the patient, and their age remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
