Minor Injury Collision at Ray Street and Norris Road
Oildale, CA (May 23, 2022) – A traffic accident that occurred in the area of Ray Street and Norris Road resulted in injuries, according to Bakersfield Now.
Multi-Vehicle Accident in Oildale
Earlier reports indicated a sedan and a van collided at the intersection in Oildale. Due to the force from the impact, the van rolled over and plowed into the yard of a residential property just off the intersection. Officials later added a black SUV was also involved in the accident.
The crash took place Monday afternoon.
When rescue teams arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to all possible victims in the wreck. Authorities confirmed the incident resulted in minor injuries. However, the exact number of people hurt and their names remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole afternoon. They continue to investigate the precise cause of the collision at Ray Street and Norris Road in Oildale.
