Minibike Rider Hospitalized After Collision in Oildale

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (Jan. 18, 2024) — An Oildale motorcycle accident happened late Wednesday afternoon at Woodrow Avenue and Grant Drive.

The collision occurred at around 5:15 p.m. on Jan. 17th, according to KGET News.

There are few details about the collision at this time. It’s unknown if the cause was a road condition or if the rider and another vehicle were involved. Paramedics responded and located the minibike rider with major injuries. The person was taken by ambulance to a local hospital after the traffic collision.

KGET reported the victim had facial injuries and appeared to be unresponsive.
