Keven Rojas Identified as Driver Killed in Car Accident
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. (July 9, 2024) — Keven Rojas, 24, of Norco, died and a woman and three boys were injured Thursday morning in a crash on Hidden Valley Parkway in Corona.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at 10:22 a.m. on July 4, 2024, according to a social media post by the Corona Police Department.
Police and the Corona Fire Department responded to the 1200 block of Hidden Valley Parkway due to the collision between a BMW M3 and a Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Deadly Crash on Fourth of July
Investigators determined the driver of the BMW identified as Keven Rojas was allegedly speeding on Hidden Valley Parkway when he lost control and hit the Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Unfortunately, despite efforts to save the young driver’s life, he later died around 11 a.m. at the Corona Regional Medical Center.
Meanwhile, the three boys and woman driving the Jeep survived with complaints of pain and were taken to a hospital for follow-up care.
Investigators are working on the case to determine if other factors contributed to the collision such as drugs and or alcohol.
