ONTARIO, Calif. (April 7, 2023) — A two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle happened Friday on the Interstate 15 Freeway, just south of Jurupa Avenue.
The collision occurred about 1:30 p.m. on April 7th, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch. A driver in a gray Toyota RAV4 SUV reportedly struck the motorcyclist due to unknown circumstances in the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the freeway. The bike went down in the No. 2 lane and the SUV remained in the No. 1 lane.
Paramedics from the Ontario Fire Department responded to help those hurt in the crash.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed at least one of the damaged vehicles from the freeway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault.
