ONTARIO: Stacy Lavon Ryan Victim in Fatal Crash at F Street and Euclid Avenue

ontario fatal car crash F Street and Euclid Avenue, Stacy Ryan killedONTARIO (July 22, 2016)- According to the San Bernardino County Coroner, Stacy Lavon Ryan, 41, has been identified as the victim fatally injured in a car accident back on Monday, July 18th.

The collision occurred at roughly 5:40 a.m. at the intersection of F Street and Euclid Avenue.

Limited details were provided, however, the short article read that the Ontario Fire Department was dispatched to the scene where Stacy Ryan was found with major injuries.

She was rushed to San Antonio Regional Hospital and pronounced dead about an hour later.

At this time, it remains unclear how many vehicle were involved in the collision and whether or not any other motorists suffered injuries.
