ORANGEVALE, Sacramento County (February 26, 2017) – According to California Highway Patrol dispatch team, an injury traffic collision took place in the area of Greenback Lane and Filbert Avenue on Sunday night.
CHP said two sedans collided head-on about 9:07 p.m. on westbound Greenback Lane, just west of Filbert Avenue.
As per the report log, Sacramento Fire Department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and attended to at least one person who suffered minor injuries following the crash.
The dispatch did not include whether the victim was treated at the scene or was taken to the hospital for further medical aid and evaluation.
Authorities are gathering more information and evidence to determine the cause of the accident.
