Pedestrian Injured in Orangevale Crash at Oak and Hazel Avenues
ORANGEVALE, Calif. (Jan. 26, 2022) — An Orangevale pedestrian accident happened Wednesday morning at Oak and Hazel avenues.
A driver in a light blue Honda CRV struck the pedestrian and then a light pole at the Orangevale intersection. It’s unknown at this time what led up to the collision between the car and unknown person.
The collision happened about 8:49 a.m. between the car and pedestrian, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported police and paramedics responded to the scene to help the injured person, but there are no further details. Police did not mention if they took the person to a hospital for further treatment or just treated at the scene.
A tow truck responded to remove the damaged Honda CRV from the Orangevale pedestrian accident crash scene.
