4 Injured in Crash on Highway 1
SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. (Sept. 5, 2023) — Four people were seriously injured in an Orcutt car accident Sunday afternoon on Highway 1, just west of Clark Avenue in Santa Barbara.
The Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to the scene just after 5 p.m. on Sept. 3rd, according to Noozhawk.
Firefighters and police responded to the scene and located two women in one vehicle and one woman and a juvenile in the second vehicle. All four people suffered moderate injuries in the crash and were transported via ambulances to Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria.
The report did not state the age or identity of any of the victims.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the vehicles from the roadway.
CHP investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Orcutt accident on Highway 1.
