Major Injury Collision on Highway 101 Saturday
Orcutt, CA (August 28, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a car accident that occurred in the area of U.S. Route 101 at Clark Avenue Saturday evening.
At about 6:15 p.m., a silver Honda Accord crashed for an unknown reason in the northbound side of Highway 101 in Orcutt. Authorities said the car rolled over multiple times before coming to a rest on its wheels.

Our sources indicated one person was found trapped in the wreckage. Responding firefighters worked extensively to pull out the victim. After the successful extrication process, officials determined the passenger sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Several factors surrounding the car accident in Orcutt remained unclear. At this time, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate exactly what happened here and why.
