Man Critically Injured in Orcutt Pedestrian Accident
ORCUTT, Calif. (July 16, 2021) — An Orcutt pedestrian accident on Highway 101 near the Clark Avenue exit left a man critically injured.
Also, the collision happened about 12:55 a.m. on July 16th in the Orcutt area, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
A Ford F-150 truck struck the male pedestrian early Friday morning in the left lane of the northbound lanes, an article by Noozhawk said. The collision resulted in major injuries. Paramedics responded and transported him to the hospital with critical injuries.
Additionally, an ambulance transported the injured man to Marian Regional Medical Center. Meanwhile, the truck driver was uninjured, police said.
Furthermore, the California Highway Patrol is investigating the Orcutt pedestrian accident on Highway 101.
