2 Killed, 5 Injured
OROVILLE, California (July 9, 2016) – A fatal head-on collision was reported in the area of Highway near Middle Honcut Road Saturday afternoon, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch team.
CHP first logged the incident when a silver Subaru Forester headed southbound on Highway 70 swerved and crashed into a northbound Dodge Ram towing a box trailer at 1:30 p.m. The box trailer overturned while the sedan was severely split in half following the crash.

Two parties inside the Subaru suffered fatal injuries including Dror Sejinier, 25. The other fatally injured victim has not been identified.
A total of five others suffered injuries ranging from very serious to moderate and remain hospitalized.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
