Motorcyclist Injured in Oroville Crash at 16th Street and Tehama Avenue
GALT (September 19, 2018) – A motorcyclist was injured after a traffic collision in the area of 16th Street and Tehama Avenue on Tuesday evening, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch team.
The accident was reported at around 6:07 p.m.
CHP received a call about a motorcycle and a maroon colored sedan which collided for an unknown reason at the intersection of 16th Street and Tehama Avenue.
Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and found the rider down on the side of the roadway as a result of the wreck. The motorcyclist reportedly suffered minor injuries upon impact.
It was not specified whether the patient was treated at the crash site or was taken to the hospital for further aid.
Meanwhile, authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident.
