Man Riding Bicycle Struck at Normandie Avenue and 23rd Street
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Nov. 18, 2024) – Investigators are asking for the public’s help to locate a suspect in a hit-and-run crash who killed Oscar Guardado on Normandie Avenue.
The deadly crash occurred in front of an Arco gas station around p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27th, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The bicyclist suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. He was later identified as Oscar Guardado by the Los Angeles Medical Examiner.
The LAPD is heading up the investigation, but so far there is no description of the suspect or vehicle involved.
