Passenger Killed in Joshua Tree Crash is Identified
JOSHUA TREE, Calif. (Oct. 5, 2021) — Osiris Rain Miceli, 29, of Glendora, died Thursday, Sept. 30 in a collision on National Park Drive in Joshua Tree.
The deadly collision happened about 7:37 p.m. on Thursday, September 30, 2021, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
California Highway Patrol officers responded to the crash scene on National Park Drive, roughly four miles south of Rainbow Ridge Road in Joshua Tree.
Upon their arrival, they located a severely-injured passenger later identified as Osiris Rain Miceli.
The 29-year-old Glendora resident was declared dead on scene at 8:10 PM, the coroner report said.
Meanwhile, the cause of the crash and liability remain under investigation by the California Highway Patrol – Morongo station.
