Driver Killed in Car Accident on Highway 101 Tuesday
Oxnard, CA (May 18, 2021) – One person died following a car crash on Highway 101 Tuesday afternoon, the Ventura County Star reported.
Our sources indicated a silver Dodge 3500 Ram pickup with trailer plowed through the guard rail along the highway. The horrible crash took place at the Rose Avenue offramp, officials said.
Shortly after 1:15 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location and found the vehicle disabled in a rocky culvert. First responders found he driver of the Dodge unconscious.
