Major Injury Collision Near Vineyard Avenue Saturday
Oxnard, CA (March 12, 2022) – A traffic accident involving a motorcycle rider occurred Saturday afternoon on Highway 101, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Initial records indicated the motorcyclist collided with another vehicle in the northbound side of US-101, also known as Ventura Freeway. The make and model of the other car involved in the crash have not been revealed thus far.

Shortly after 5:54 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found the motorbike, and the rider lying down on the ground. Medical personnel immediately rendered aid to the motorcyclist. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed they rider sustained major trauma as a result of the wreck. The name and age of the patient remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Meanwhile, the other driver appeared unharmed after the crash.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole evening to investigate exactly how and why the traffic accident occurred on Highway 101 in Oxnard.
