Pablo A. Hermoso Killed in Hesperia Motorcycle Accident on Choiceana Avenue
HESPERIA, Calif. (June 12) — Pablo A. Hermoso, 47, of Apple Valley, has been identified as the motorcycle rider who died two weeks ago in a car accident in Hesperia at Choiceana Avenue and Live Oak Street.
The motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries following the collision with a silver Infiniti sedan and his 44-year-old female passenger was injured, according to Victor Valley News Group.
The deadly collision occurred around 1:24 p.m., on Thursday, May 28, 2026, the report said.
The Hesperia Sheriff’s Station sent deputies to the scene, where they located a blue Yamaha motorcycle down and both occupants seriously injured. Sadly, the man operating the bike later died.
The intersection has stop signs for motorists traveling on Live Oak Street, but not for traffic on Choiceana Avenue.
The man and woman riding the motorcycle were heading northbound on Choiceana Avenue when the bike crashed into the passenger side of the Infiniti as it turned into the intersection.
The man and women on the bike were thrown off the motorcycle and were taken to local hospitals for treatment of major injuries. The man died at the hospital and the woman survived.
Meanwhile, both vehicles had serious damage, with the bike totaled and the car had its airbags deployed.
Furthermore, the driver of the Infiniti stopped and is cooperating with investigators.
Liability for the collision remains under investigation by the Hesperia Sheriff’s Station.
