Pedestrian Killed in Pacific Beach Crash on Ingraham Street
SAN DIEGO, CA (November 11, 2022) – A crash killed a pedestrian on Ingraham Street in Pacific Beach.
According to the FOX 40 News and ABC 10 News, the tragic accident took place on Thursday night. Officers reported the collision at around 9:45 p.m.
The incident happened on November 10 when a 33-year-old woman tried to cross Ingraham Street mid-block. At the same time, a Honda Civic was going south.
San Diego police said the car then struck the pedestrian near the 3700 block of the road in the Pacific Beach neighborhood.

Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and found her down on the ground. She sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel rushed the patient to a hospital, where she soon died. Her name has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, police added that the 31-year-old man driving the Honda stopped following the incident. Officers forced a stretch of Ingraham Street to shut down for a time after the collision.
The cause of the fatal Pacific Beach pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
