4 Injured in Pacoima Crash on San Fernando Road Near 118 Freeway
LOS ANGELES, CA (November 27. 2022) – Several were injured after a car crash on San Fernando Road in the Pacoima neighborhood.
According to an article published by My News LA, the accident took place on Sunday morning. Officers reported the wreck at about 7:17 a.m.
The Los Angeles Fire Department said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Pacoima. The cars crashed at 11160 North San Fernando Road near the 118 Freeway.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and freed at least one trapped occupant from the wreckage. A total of four people ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
One patient sustained critical injuries and another suffered serious injuries upon impact. The other two patients survived the incident with minor injuries.
Medical personnel then rushed the victims to the hospital for treatment. The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced a stretch of San Fernando Road to shut down near Ranchero following the wreck. The cause of the Pacoima crash is still under investigation.
