PALM SPRINGS: Car Crash on Palm Canyon Drive, 2 Injured

Palm Springs car crash Palm Canyon DrivePALM SPRINGS (July 28, 2016)- According to the Desert Sun, a solo vehicle crash resulted in injuries Wednesday afternoon on Palm Canyon Drive near Deep Well Road.

The collision was first reported to authorities at roughly 1:30 p.m.

The involved vehicle was confirmed to have been a white Dodge pickup truck with at least three people inside.

Per the Desert Sun, the driver of the pickup had been heading westbound before losing control and striking a tree before the vehicle rolled over.

Both a man and a woman who were passengers inside the pickup were moderately injured and transported to a hospital with “non-life-threatening” injuries.

After careful investigation, Palm Springs police officials were able to determine that neither drugs nor alcohol were contributing factors.
