PALM SPRINGS: Teenager Critical After Falling out of Car at Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort

PALM SPRINGS, California (April 5, 2016) — An 18-year-old woman suffered a major head injury Monday afternoon when she fell out of a moving vehicle at the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, according to the Palm Springs Police Department.

The teenager struck her head on the pavement in the 2300 block of Pebble Beach Drive about 2:03 p.m. A 17-year-old boy was behind the wheel of the vehicle and stopped to help and cooperate with police at the scene.
