Los Angeles County Personal Injury Lawyer
Authorities are still investigating the collision and several questions are being probed to identify the liability in the collision. Was the driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs a factor? Did speeding or distracted driving play a role? Who had the right of way? Did the patrol vehicle have its lights and sounds on at the time? Did any of the motorists involved show recklessness or negligence at some point?
In such cases where negligence or wrongdoing may have been a factor, the victim(s) may have the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit against the at-fault party. The claim will include a compensation for all the hospital bills, future medical needs, lost income and pain and suffering.
